Crew Members Need Adult Support For Sucess

It's vital that the crew members have adult support to succeed.  The level of involvement is up to each parent, grandparent, guardian and volunteer however all adults have skills and talents that can be used to support the crew. Adult involvement is a two way street in that adults get a lot out of their involvement.

Volunteers believe their time invested with the Scouts helps them be:
  • A better citizen
  • A better parent
  • A better manager
  • A better employee
  • More patient and tolerant of others
  • More open to new ideas and opinions

Adults that chose to become and adult leader will undergo youth protection training and a background check.
